introduction:

I think the key to success is grit. Even if you are strong, but you don’t have the will to stick to it, it’s useless, but if you have strong willpower, you will succeed one day if you stick to it.

vocabulary:

Stratospheric: very high or great.

 It's an amazing camera, but the price is stratospheric!

Motivational perspective: able to make someone enthusiastic about something

 He is a consultant and a motivational speaker.

Psychology: the scientific study of how the mind works and how it influences behavior, or the influence of character on a particular person’s behavior.

 She took a course in abnormal psychology.

Significantly: in a way that is easy to see or by a large amount.

 My piano playing has improved significantly since I started with a new teacher.

Ethic: a system of accepted beliefs that control behavior, esp. such a system based on morals.

Introdution

Tim urban told us when he was in college, he often waited until the last minute to write the report because of procrastination. He know procrastination is meaningless, but he can’t control it. So he wants everyone to see the difference between the brains of procrastination and those without procrastination. And he also feels that procrastination will waste a lot of time, we should consider this issue carefully.

 Actually I prefer to work in the office with my colleagues, because in that environment I will focus more in my job, and I can talk with my colleagues when I am boring, if I have something don’t understand I can ask my colleagues, working at home I feel very inefficient and boring, although it is more comfortable to work at home, I still prefer to go to the work.
