Yes, it is harmful to me, Because I often playing my phone in the dark environment, it hurts my eyes a lot, sometime I stay up all night to play my phone, at school I can’t focus on my study, I want to check it when the phone rang, on the bus, I always sit at stop because of playing my phone.
I agree with you, not just you, there are still many people play their phone in the dark place.
